construction of New
MRI Unit at Rugby St
Cross Hospital.
The
850k facility will
provide a much-needed
additional scanner to
the hospital and the
local community.
Several options were
considered at
feasibility stage and
close work with the
Architects and
Engineers resulted in
the facility being in
both the right
location and budget in
the vicinity of busy
operational
departments.
QMP
were able to advice on
the procurement route
demonstrating the pros
and cons of the
various methods that
could be used, through
this close work with
the client a workable
solution was
identified and
utilised effectively.
