QMP
have secured a 5 year
Framework Commission
for Project Management
and Building Surveying
Services at London
South Bank University.
The
works will include
refurbishment works
across the campus and
the framework award
was accompanied by
initial orders that
included a 650k
project for the
Refurbishment of 6
Lecture Theatres and a
500k order for annual
refurbishment work to
student accommodation
and a £2.1m ‘One Stop
Shop’ refurbishment
project.
